Kevin Wiczer (Andrew the Apostle)
JCS
Cast and Director-
Wow, what a ride this has been, huh? I remember walking into
rehearsal and wondered to myself. "How are we going to sound?" As soon
as the first vocal rehearsal came, I knew the show was going to be fantastic!
Then here we were, the final show...all good friends. To think it all had to
end, right? But hey, we went out with a BANG! I have to tell you, I love each
and every one of you, and this was the best musical experience I've ever had in
my entire life. And I'm so happy that each of you were involved with that. We
cared about each other, helped each other, and loved each other as a group. When
a show is this good, you wish "why the hell couldn't it be longer? How
about a national tour?" That's right, a national tour, and I've heard some
of you people say that...I won't mention any names, you know who you are. Since
it feels like the end, it's really not, you know? Now that we have everyone's
email addresses, there's no reason why we can't hang out. I know some people are
already starting a post-cast party and even a picture party. Why not just get
together every weekend...hehe. Again, I just wanted to tell you all how
incredible you all are, and the amazing job you put into the show. Believe me,
it shows. My mom taped the show the first dress rehearsal, and I saw it
recently. Not to be bias, but it was damn good...lol. Well since I have so much
to say to all of you, I'm going to write a message for each of you below. You
don't have to read everyone's message if you don't want to, just skim to your
name. Again, thanks for the best damn time of my life!!!
The Wacky, Drunk Apostle-
Kevin
aka Andrew Yohosaphat Webber
All right, individual messages:
COLETTE-
You are one of the most amazing people I've ever met. You always walk into a
room, and it shines. When I had a gloomy day, you were always there to brighten
things up for me. Don't forget about "warm honey", you work that stuff
like i've never seen!!! Congrats about your wedding! I see...Camels...hehe. Take
care, and I love you sooooo much! And thank you so much for reading my plays
with me and Amanda! You are definately great, and you have the southern accent
and the english accent down pat!!! We'll get together and read the rest and have
pizza...hehe. Also thank you for letting us come to your house for the cast
party, it was simply awesome. Loved the pizza...hehe, and loved the Sobe!!!!
MMMM....MMM!!!! Love ya!
CAROL-
What a moment we had on stage together. Especially during "Simon's
Song". First you cried, then I cried. It was definately a moment I'm going
to cherish forever. It's rare that you get moments like that. That shouldn't be
the case, but it has been so far. You are a great actress, and a great GoGo
dancer! You better audition for more stuff!!! I hope to see you in some more
upcoming shows!!! You got great talent!!!! Good luck in the future, and thanks
for everything.
DIANE-
Hello my little strike helper. If there was one thing we proved today, it's that
we're dangerous with hammers, and that we shouldn't hold one again for as long
as we live. You know what I'm talking about...hehe. I think people liked our
dance with our tools "Because, because, because of one man..." hehe.
You're a great dancer, and you make "Herod's Song" a delight to watch!
Always cheery, and fun! Keep in touch!
DENISE-
Wow, when you get down and boogie, you really get down and boogie!
Especially cast parties...I wonder why. You're the GoGo Dancer of soul, the way
you get down and strut your stuff. You have a great voice, and a wonderful stage
presence. You better be in other stuff, and the whole cast will come see you.
Good luck in the future with all that you do! Just keep strutting your stuff,
and you're going to go far!!!
MOLLIE-
I want to thank you for all your advise and suggestions for acting in the
future. What to try-out for, what not to try-out for. It's a great help when
someone's there who's had experience in the field to help you out. You have a
great voice, and you definately know how to get down! You're an awesome GoGo
Dancer, and you definately made me smile at all the rehearsals. Always cheery,
and always a pleasure to talk to, I hope that I see you in other upcoming
events! Good luck in the future!
ERICA-
You definately bring a smile to my face everyday. Especially the days of dress
rehearsals and the days of the show. You always have something funny to say.
Remember I'm not being rude when I say that you remind me and Colette of the
girl from "Deuce Biggalo, Male Gigalo" the terettes girl (however you
spell it). "Ball licker!!" It's definately a compliment. You really
know how to move wood scraps around, very handy. Thank you so much for your
gift, it's very special to me. Love ya!
JOHN
T-
I want to thank you for listening to all my problems that I've had with my
friends. I know it can be a boring story at times, but I want to thank you for
putting up with it for awhile. You always have a positive outlook on most
things, and it's very awesome. I remember when you auditioned for JCS and you
were going all out, it was great! Never do any less than great, and I know you
won't! Full of energy and always has something to say...I admire you, and never
lose those qualities!
Ken-
Wow, you learned a whole new part AND you were an STD all at the same time. Who
knew?! I want to thank you for all the hard work and effort you put into the
show, because it shows! When you're in the temple you got down and dirty, and
that's what it's all about, right?! Definately! It was also appreciated when you
got the gifts and did all that work in behalf of the cast. That was an awesome
thing to do, and we all thank for that greatly. Have a picture party! It was a
pleasure working with you, and you have great stage presense! Good luck in the
future! Thanks again!
JOHN
S-
Gees, when you were up on that stage, I really thought you were evil. That's
good! You have a great stage presense, and it shows when people work their butts
off. You did, totally! You're a hard worker, and worked your ass off, but most
of all you had fun...and that's what it's all about, right? Having fun. You
better try out for other stuff in the future. You have an awesome tenor voice,
you have to be in some more shows!!! Good luck in the future, and take care!
MIKE
M-
Well Mr. King, sir, you rocked the house these past couple weekends. You have a
great stage presense, and you definately made the show a blast. If you didn't
have those Altoids, I don't know what I would do. You saved my breath...hehe.
When you sing for that long in a show, you need something to cover up the
nastiness, right? The way you work a stage is awesome, don't stop doing what
you're doing! I better see you in more stuff, and you better tell me about them
so that a group of us can all go see you!!! Good luck with everything, and it
was a pleasure working with you!
AMANDA
aka Clemintine Magnolia Quigal-
Amanda, Amanda...HELLLLL NO! WHAT THE HELL?! HAHA! It was such a blast working
with you. I'm glad we got to be great friends. When you do "Herod's
Song" you totally bring the stage to life, and that's just great! My sister
loves you...hehe. It was so much fun when we had to switch mics every night huh?
That was a time to remember. Especially when I always had trouble getting it
off...haha. Thank you so much for reading my plays with me and Colette. You're
Bonnie for life! We'll go over to Colette's house and read the rest and have
pizza...hehe. We'll talk about that later! Remember: Always be positive!!! Don't
forget that, and always have a smile on your face. Even if someone mugs you. Oh,
it was fun playing the game...A=Alice, B=Bobby...fun fun fun! We best be stayin'
in touch!!! LOVE YA!
PETER
aka Pee-tree-
Hey Pee-tree! It was such a pleasure and an honor working with you. It was soooo
much fun being your brother. I think we played off each other pretty well!! It's
too bad we couldn't go bowling that one night, but soon, we will, and I'll lose.
Get your friends to come who came to TGI Fridays that one night, they're really
cool! You have an awesome voice, and I hope that you're in more stuff to come!
If you are you have to tell me about it so that I can come see it with some
people! Good luck in the future, love ya Bro!
CORRIE
aka Cor aka Cor-Cor-
You have been the greatest friend during the show. Ever since the first day of
practice, I saw you sit down and you were all bubbly and smiling, and I said to
myself "I have to be friends with that girl!!!" and sure enough we
totally were! I think it's so cool how we can tell each other stuff, and have a
trusting relationship. Sorry things didn't happen with Tom "MIDGETS,
MIDGETS!!!". But you know, better luck next time. Remember, you have to
look in the guys room first to see if there are any strange pictures, and then
you'll know that you're safe...remember that...hehe. Well I know we'll keep in
touch, and we can go to Sweet Tomato and eat lots of pasta...haha. You are the
best baker I know! And those sandwhiches that you made were simply amazing! One
day, in the summer, lets have a picnic...hehe. Love you! And good luck with you
know who!
ERIC-
This was an awesome time working with you, and a pleasure as well. You're a hard
worker, and you can tell that you put yourself into the role. That's great! The
cast party you had was great, and thank you so much for letting us use your
house for that event. It was spectacular! Next time make sure Stu gets cut off
at three drinks...haha. Good luck in the future, and keep in touch with all of
us, if you're in another show, email all of us, and we'll come see you!!!! Good
luck! Thanks again!
STU-
All I have to say, is that your drink cut-off is three. HAHA! You get a little
cookey, and you scared me a little, but at least you were having fun. It's a
good thing you brought some asprin for yourself Mr. Sunglass Man! Well I have to
tell you, I didn't think you were going to pull off that dress in the temple,
but you know what...you did! I was very impressed with what you did! You're a
great dancer, and keep up the good work! Don't forget to make sure your nipple
isn't showing, unless of course, you want the world to get a free show. In that
case...go for it! Good luck in the future!
JEREMY-
Mr. Jesus, how are ya! I just have to tell you that it was a pleasure working
with you! You're a great guy, and you work your ass off! That's important. But
most of all you had fun doing it. Even though Guy hit you pretty hard during the
39 lashes. I guess that just comes along with the part right? Haha! You have an
incredible voice, and I know you're going to go far! If you're ever in any shows
which is bound to happen, give me a call or email me and I'll get a group
together and we'll come see you! Thanks for wanting to read my play, too bad you
didn't get to read much of it, but that's okay, maybe someday you will. You have
a great personality and you're definately funny! Enjoy life and good luck in the
future! A group of us have to get together sometime. Say hello to your
girlfriend for me, I've heard you might be living in Colette's house...very
cool! Talk to you soon!!! Love ya!
MARY-
I have to tell you, you rock my world! You have one of the most incredible
voices I've ever heard before. You have so much talent, and I'm glad I could be
your little cheerleader for you! You deserve it! It was definately a pleasure
working with you, and being in that song "Could We Start Again
Please". It's too bad we couldn't go bowling that one night, but don't
worry we'll go really soon! And I told Peter to bring your friends that were at
TGI Fridays, they were really cool! You always have a smile on your face, and
you always brightened my day. It was always a pleasure to talk to you at
practice and at the cast parties. You're definately the coolest! You better
audition for more stuff, cause I want to see you in a lot!!!!! Love ya!
JIM
H-
You've worked so hard at your part. I remember at the beginning when you got the
part of Simon, and you were so happy that you got your own song. That's great!
Congrats getting into Milikan (however you spell it), and good luck in the
future. You have a lot of talent, and thanks again for taking me to see
"Les Miserables", that's a time I'm going to remember! Good luck with
future shows, hope everything works out for you! Always think positive!
JON-
Well, this is our second show together. I was so angry when you didn't audition
for the show, you seemed so excited. Then when I saw you at the first practice,
I was like "Whoa!" "Hell yeah!". It was a pleasant surprise,
let me tell ya! You've really worked your butt off in the show, and it shows.
You have an awesome stage presense, and you always know how to make people laugh
with your stories. You did incredible work on the set, and you should have taken
a piece home for your collection. It can go next to Mighty Mouse...hehe. Maybe
we'll perform in upcoming shows together...who knows!!! You rock man, and stay
in touch!!!
GUY-
You always knew how to make people laugh. Although it was very difficult to tell
if you were serious or not...haha. But that's what made it fun. Being an
energetic Apostle was a lot of fun. You were always sharp and pumped when it
came to performing. It really showed. You're a great performer, and a talented
actor! Congrats for the baby. Tell your wife congrats as well. Thanks for always
being there to brighten up my day! "Could We Start Again Please...".
Good luck man, and hope you always rock!!!
RYAN-
It was so cool when we were looking for a guy to replace Jim when he went into
Simon's role. Laura came in and announced that she had a replacement. She made a
great choice. You really added a lot to the show, and your energy and humor
(especially in the Last Supper) really shined through. You've got a great voice,
and it's really impressive. You learned the music so fast, it really showed that
you cared and that you were pumped for the show. You better be in some
more stuff so that the group can come see it! Good luck in the future!!!!
BRIAN-
Well your hard work really paid off, Mr. Dance Captain. You always were on the
ball most of the time, and you definitely
knew what you were doing. You also
have great stage presence, and it shows! Good luck with your dancing career, and
you better audition for other stuff really soon. Thank you again for making the
website for us in JCS. That really meant a lot. I would really like a copy of
that CD of the website so that I can load it onto my computer. That would be
great. You own two computer companies and a mortgage company? Damn you must be
busy! Good luck in the future, thanks for everything!
MIKE
R-
First you were the Soldier, and then you bounced up to a priest! This must have
been quite a ride for you huh? You have great stage presense, and you were a
pleasure to work with. Thanks for going with me across campus to get altoids,
you know how much I love them. And thank you for watching me eat soup...haha.
Remember I'm one of the only people you know who eats Nachos and Soup together.
Don't forget that...haha. Don't forget to give me a call so that we can go
downtown and audition for that Children's Theater Company. It should be so cool,
and it would rock if we made it too! Phone Number is: 1-847-541-1918! Don't
hesitate to call. You're my new official audition buddy...lol. Take care, and
talk to you soon!
SEAN
and LAURA-
Sean, first you were Annas or Anus as Ken says it, and then you were
Pilot. I don't want to diss Rob in anyway, but the first time I heard you sing
the part, I thought, "Damn, you rock!!!"You made the part awesome! So
in the long run, you were definately meant to play Pilot! I also want to thank
you for the Card and the Altoids, you know how much I love them!!!! That's for
sure! Thanks for all of your support with my plays that I've written, it
always brightens up my day! You also have an amazing stage presense!!! I know
you're going to be in other stuff in the future, you have to let me know...I
have to come see it! I'll get a group together!!! Thanks for all your jokes and
laughter! It was a pleasure working with you! Good luck in the future!!!!!
Laura, I just want to thank you for giving me this
opportunity to be in
this production! It has meant the world to me! I'm also thankful that I was able
to be apart of this wonderful production. You really picked an amazing cast, and
you are seriously the best director I've ever worked with before in my life.
Many, many of the people in the cast have said that. You definately know what
you're doing, and if it wasn't for you, the show wouldn't have looked as good as
it did. "Jesus on a Taco!!!" You definately had a lot of those during
the show!!! You took your vision and made it into the best damn show ever!!!
Again, I'm just so happy that I could be apart of that. Thank you for
everything. Thank you also for the card and Altoids! It definately meant a lot
to me! Thanks again, and I hope to work with you again in the future! Love ya!
JIM
M-
What can I say about you? YOU'RE AMAZING MAN! Ever since the first day of
rehearsal you scared me with your greatness...hehe. I'm glad I got to know you
better, you are seriously the coolest guy, you Pizza Finatic!!! Some day I'm
going to have to try that New York Pizza...it better be good. Haha! Your wife
says that I should eat Cuban food. She said "If you haven't had Cuban
food...you haven't eaten!" Well I'm gonna have to come over for dinner so
she can show me her stuff!!! I really like the idea of you having a post-cast
party. Have two, have three! Why not four?! We have to keep in touch because I
have to see you play Jesus in your upcoming show! That is so cool, and congrats
again on the part! If you made Judas rock, I know you're going to make Jesus
rock just the same! Like I said you should be performing on Broadway! You also
have to audition for "Rent", so you have a busy schedule ahead of
you...haha. Cast parties with out you two are never going to be the same.
Remember, i'm going to buy a monkey, and call it Jose, and then I'll send it to
attack people...haha. Good plan huh? Or I'll just get some humerous dogs...hehe.
Love ya both, and hope to stay in touch!!!!
STACEY-
Wow, you just love to scare people don't you. First you get food poisoning, then
you made us all worry. We LOVE YOU!!! I'm so happy that you're feeling better.
It just wouldn't be the same if you weren't able to finish out the last
performance. I'm so glad that you did. How would the Last Supper look with
eleven Apostles? Huh? It would look pretty strange...haha. You are so talented,
and it was a pleasure working with you! You better be in some more stuff in the
future so that a group of us can go see you perform!!! Good luck in the future
and love ya lots!!!!
AMBER
aka Bartholomew Labotomy-
Amber Atkins...hehe. You are so funny! You always knew how to put a smile on my
face. You have an amazing talented voice, and you better be in more stuff in the
future. It's too bad you didn't make "The Sound of Music" when you
were eight. But I guess you showed them huh?! You're in Jesus Christ Superstar!
It just wouldn't be the same with out you in the cast. I would have been like
"There should be a girl named Amber in the cast". But why wish when
you can get the real thing. And there you have it...Amber Atkins....just
kidding...hehe. I'm sorry you won't be working where you're working now, but
remember, when in doubt, eat a lot of guacamole! You're an awesome performer,
and good luck to you in the future! Love ya. Oh yeah "Teachers Pet, I wanna
be Teachers Pet..."!!!
CLAIRE-
Claire, my Poet friend. I'm so happy that I had the chance to work with you.
You're always so energetic and excited, which is a quality that you better never
ever ever lose! Right at Callbacks for the show, I knew that you were going to
make it. You got into it, and you had the moves! You have an amazing talent with
writing poems. Your valentines day poem was fantastic, very...well...very
poetic...hehe. And the one that you read to everyone in the hall way the first
orchestra rehearsal was amazing. You're going to be a known poet someday, I can
feel it! Good luck with everything, and when you're in another show, you have to
tell me so that a group of us can see you perform!!! Good luck with everything,
and always smile!!!!
-Well everyone, I'm so glad that I had the chance to work with all of you!
You're all special and you deserve special praises! I hope that we all stay
great friends, and get together a lot, because this cast was the most amazing
cast. With all of you put together you have created for me the best and most
memorable time in my life! I LOVE YOU ALL!
Kevin
